We report the case of a 37-year-old woman with thrombophilia, a hypercoagulable condition that can lead to the formation of thrombi and complications during pregnancy. During gestation, women are at higher risk of developing thrombosis due to physiological and hormonal changes. Placental insufficiency associated with thrombophilia can result in intrauterine growth restriction, gestational hypertension, and pregnancy losses. The reported case describes a female individual with a history of early miscarriages, diagnosed with primary and acquired thrombophilia (Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome). Treatment with enoxaparin, aspirin, prednisone, and progesterone resulted in a successful pregnancy. The document highlights the importance of early diagnosis and specialized follow-up to prevent complications. Additionally, it addresses the emotional impacts of pregnancy losses and the need for psychological support, which, in this case, led the patient to create a support network on social media to help other women in the same situation.
