Abstract

This article aims to address HELLP syndrome, a serious obstetric complication frequently associated with preeclampsia. Its clinical characteristics, pathophysiology, relationship with preeclampsia, diagnostic methods and management strategies are discussed. In addition, the challenges and implications of this condition on maternal and fetal health are presented.
